Privacy Policy

How connection information is handled.

Last updated

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you connect through Aerovyn VPN or ask for assistance. It describes service operations, information sharing and your available controls.

Connecting your device

Aerovyn VPN relies on Android VpnService. Android asks for your authorization before the VPN connection is enabled. Operating that connection involves processing network traffic, IP addresses and connection state to establish the tunnel, route traffic and maintain the service.

Getting help

If you contact support, the information you choose to send is used to investigate your request and reply. Include only relevant details; please avoid sending passwords or unrelated sensitive information.

Service providers and disclosure

Infrastructure and support providers may handle information relevant to delivering the connection or resolving a support request. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or a binding legal process.

Retention and protection

Information is retained according to its purpose, operational or support needs and applicable legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect information during handling. No transmission or storage method can guarantee complete security, and these safeguards cannot eliminate every risk.

Your controls and requests

You can disconnect the VPN and revoke its authorization in Android settings. Where applicable law provides, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or object to processing. Send requests or privacy questions using the developer contact details in Aerovyn VPN's app store listing.

Policy updates

Revisions will appear on this page with an updated date. Additional notice will be provided for material changes where required, and consent will be requested when applicable law requires it.
