Responsible use
Use Aerovyn VPN lawfully and respect other people's rights. Do not use it for fraud, harassment, malware distribution, unauthorized access or disruption of networks and services. A VPN does not remove your responsibility for your conduct.
Connection authorization
Android VpnService enables the VPN connection following your approval of the system authorization request. You control whether to connect. You may disconnect or revoke VPN authorization through Android settings whenever you wish.
Service conditions
Availability and performance may change with network conditions, maintenance or service changes. Continuous operation and access to any particular website or content are not guaranteed. Keep these limitations in mind when deciding how to use the service.
Restrictions on access
Access may be limited for material breaches, misuse, security concerns or legal requirements. Any restriction should be reasonable and proportionate to its cause. Where practical and lawful, notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue will be provided.
Information and responsibility
The Privacy Policy explains information handling. Liability for indirect or consequential loss is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or reduce mandatory consumer rights and remedies.
